The Mahomes Security System components have been chosen. Time for the install.

Dude has a good name for a center too. I know you don't judge a book by its cover by I'm judging this book by its title. Creed Humphrey is the name of a center that wrecks shit.

I'm honestly willing to bet there's never been a single instance in the NFL that a team from one game to the next has ever incrementally improved their OL as we will have from the Super Bowl to Week 1 2021.
We have no idea what this offense is capable of with this kind of line. It opens up so many things that weren't even possible before. I never imagined I could be this excited about a center pick, but he fits so well with what this team has tried to do this offseason. |

Blythe to RG? Prob will be backup Center.

Is it weird that I can't wait to watch this offensive line play?? Almost more excited than watching Mahomes... This combination just gets me horny for football...

There will be some laughably sized holes at times. |
It’s kind of odd to me that Veach took Bolton first and then Humphrey. Kind is seems like Humphrey is the better player of the two. Wonder why we didn’t take him with 58? Nevertheless, looks like a good pick.

Definitely Zach. |
I wouldn't be surprised if they start the season with Tard at RG, Long at RT and view Niang as the swing tackle and blythe as a swing guard\center. If Long is healthy and has enough left in the tank , he'd be an excellent mentor to Niang. Adding a game to the schedule and likely making the playoffs means there's plenty of snaps for everyone.

Is Humphreys run blocking that bad? PFF rated him one of the worst

I like Creed better than Myers but he is good too. |
total offensive line rebuild in two months.
Damn, it feels good to be a gangsta. |
Are 32.25 inch arms really even that short for a center? Mitch Morse's arms are the same length.
|
We just lowered the cost of our starting OL if Creed starts over Blythe.
I know we’re still paying Blythe, but the starting OL is gonna cheap af |
Good luck coming up the middle through Thuney Humphrey Long mother Fers!

Ha! Raiders changed their mind about cutting Hudson and traded him cheap to ensure that he didn't go back to KC. Instead of paying big money to a player that's towards the end of his career, the Chiefs get a fantastic center on a rookie contract. Suck it Faiders

I'm excited we can probably pick up third and 1 by running the ball now.

Well, if Veach didn’t like the other options at WR then you might as well create an elite OL. Give Patrick more time and a legit running game.
Well done Burt. |

I have no idea why people think Allegretti even enters Veach's mind when he's making moves. The guy is depth. A late round developmental guy who's ceiling is pretty low. |

That's a poor take and poor grade by that dude. |

That said, there will we other heads on the chopping block before him. |

It’s weird. There’s this new generation of fan/media types in the PFF/ArrowheadPride that are extremely arrogant and think that it’s a science.
|
Matt Lane hated the Thuney signing because “you don’t pay a guard that much money”.

Nobody consistently winning in the NFL does. Outside of the top 15-20 picks, positional value isn’t nearly as important as they make it out to be. |
