What a blessing it was that OBJ declined our offer. Dude is not worth that money. As others have said in this thread, sign him at RT money and play him there or move on.

Yeah. They suck.

The OL overhaul is basically only part finished. The IOL will be fine but if you can't sort OTs it's pretty worthless. Agree with others, OBJ can go to RT. The whole wanting to play LT because of his dad was a nice story but, sorry, he's not a top 5 OT and he can't have market leading pay.
I never understood the excitement for a guy who was a run blocking specialist first and foremost, but to be honest I thought he was decent last year. He looks like he's regressed. |
The OL made a significant contribution to this disaster today.
However, everyone in that organization should be embarrassed ... top to bottom. FAX |
Maybe the Ravens knew what they were doing when they traded Brown to the Chiefs? A bit like the Seahawks and Clark?

Wylie isn't good & Smith is playing hurt so they are already playing at a disadvantage. Today Brown wasn't very good at all. This line is big and physical so runs would probably help. Today the run game was puzzling it seemed like most of the runs took a few seconds to develop

He's not going to embrace it.
We're going to have to flat out replace him. Let him be some other team's problem, even if we can't get a solid return for him. Simply cannot pay him anywhere near what he wants... |

Not sure what his deal is so far this year because he wasn't this bad last year. He had his moments but he didn't have a game like he did against the Colts.

I think the only quality OL on the team are Thuney & Humphrey. Trey Smith must be really hurt because he has been sucking hard.

Ir we had to play the Cowboys this year in Dallas, Mahomes would probably be killed.

That’s nice but just sit them if they can’t help |
The O line better bring the A game against Tampa. Or AR needs to tell PM to stay the hell out of the pocket. And you can forget the running game.
|
the offensive line was good last year wasn't it?
what happened between this year and last? |

Wylie can’t afford to be a step slow. He doesn’t exactly have athleticism or strength to spare. At 100%, he’s just okay. Rest him until he’s ready too. |

Big issue with Brown is he's just going to have to face quick DEs and high end ones game after game, especially in the division. I never understood the excitement for a guy that was a run game specialist but last year I was largely pleasantly surprised. Now, I'm back to when we traded, and pretty glad we didn't pay him. |

Two wasted running plays. Just pass it every down because running it is just a waste with this group of RB’s behind this OL. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
they got out coached...

OL’s been disappointing, but I think people are overreacting a little. This was widely considered one of the best lines in football and they have another year of experience. They didn’t just wake up one day and collectively suck. I think Smith is probably hampered by injury and needs to sit. Wylie we all knew is mediocre. Brown is the problem, if there is one. But I’d imagine he’ll get it together like he did last year. Regardless, they shouldn’t give him big money. It would be ridiculous to let Hill go and then give a boatload to an average at best tackle.

Props to the Colts. They did a great job. Hope Andy Reid and Andy Heck are watching this to prepare the guys bc this is gonna bc coming from every team now

Wylie is an inconvenience. Brown is an emergency. |
Wylie is an okay RT. He was playing hurt on Sunday though. Apparently a shoulder he toughed out.
I like him more than Brown Jr bc he isn’t getting beat by speed a lot. Everyone hates drafting fatties but we probably need to at some point soon. |

Playing hurt doesn't seem to get much mention when players win, but it sure is used as an excuse when they lose. |

Anything outside of the top 10 is very likely in reach. Darrisaw has not been ass and he fell to 23. Edit: I see I typed 2020 draft and meant 2021 (the year we traded for Orlando Shitstain) |
