I’m glad you got to say goodbye. I’m praying for you and your family that you all come together and lean on each other to get through this. Take your time and grieve. You all know she is no longer in pain and that part I pray brings you comfort and peace and helps you and all of her family and friends as you grieve. You have shown compassion and class mentioning all the others dealing with cancer. Leading by example sometimes gets unnoticed but others have seen it as well. One day at a time is all you can do. Sorry for you and your family’s loss, Fat Elvis.

Nothing I say can make any difference as you cope with this pain and loss. I honestly can’t imagine the grief you are going through and I pray for strength for you and your family as you begin the mourning process. The plus is that she is no longer in pain and is with the Lord. And while the loss is hard, her no longer suffering should bring some comfort and peace in time. Plus knowing you got to say goodbye one last time is great to hear.
