LOL at the people thinking Mariota is some answer for the Falcons. He always brought in to be the stop gap to draft someone next year.

That's part of the point though. Their team is in a state where they have to watch him for a year and then sit and hope they find something good. I'm sure they would much prefer this year being their rookie QBs year of learning mistakes over mariotta.

Also don't think there aren't Falcon fans convincing themselves he might be usable. We know exactly how easy it is for some fans to think an average QB is good enough.
