So my screen says Welcome. Bienvenido. Bienvenue and it's stuck on that so I can't watch any ****ing TV . I tried rebooting it myself but that didn't work so I called the Tech guy service he tried rebooting it on their end and still didn't ****ing work. So he can send out a cable guy Wednesday between 1:30 and 3. That doesn't do me any ****ing good to watch the game tonight.

I had issues with a splitter going out. Back then, I could go to RadioShack and pick one up. Maybe hardware store? If the line splits where it comes into your home, perhaps switching the output leads or simply bypassing the splitter if you have a male-male connector.

I had one that was going out and I would unplug the equipment and disconnect the input cable to let any static charge dissipate.
