Chiefs can still take the two seed with a win and Mia loss, though, right? Head to head tie break?

I'd prefer it thiugh because I believe it would give the Chiefs HFA over the Bills, and I don't care as much if they have to go to Miami. |
I don’t care who they play. I only care about how we play.
If we play well, we win. If we play poorly, we lose. |

Browns vs. Chiefs Arrowhead Invitational sounds about right.

For as bad as our offense and Pat has played this year, I could really care less who we have to play in these playoffs. Because the way I see it, it truly is wide open for anyone in the AFC to go to the SB. EVERY stud team in both the AFC and NFC have had there ugly skid moments this year even the Ravens early on.
I am not worried about any team in the AFC because we owned the Dolphins with Chubb and now he is done. Spags and the Chiefs D are in Lamar's head(owning him) and we defeated them with a much lesser defense in the past and now we are much improved. We'll see IF Lamar is truly MVP material if we have to play them. I have my doubts that Lamar lights us up IMO. Spags will expose him that he is still not a student of the game and force him to beat us with his arm and against our 2ndary?? NOPE !! The 13 second game ruined the Bills IMO psychologically even if we have to go to Buffalo. Our defense is playing really well and the playoffs are just a "different bird" even though our offense is still sputtering to some degree. I think you will see Pat and offense rise to the occasion even more if we go to Buffalo. And the HUGE PLUS is even though we have 6 losses and teams are smelling blood playing us, this is still the playoffs and we all start over and WE HAVE THE MOST PLAYOFF EXPERIENCE and the other teams "know this" and how magical this team can be when hitting on all cylinders that which we have not even seen one time this year. And this is the million dollar question will our beloved Chiefs hit on all cylinders throughout the playoffs? Remains to be seen. But NOPE, I could care less who we have to play IF our beloved Chiefs "hit on all cylinders". |

The Dolphins 2 best pass rushers are out for the season. Good match for our offense
|
Right! I think the Chiefs have a real chance to repeat. It's been a shaky season but I think the Chiefs are growing into a Champion. Back to back baby!

Feels like Miami. Bill's will beat them because they are weak.

Bengals Bills And……. |
I feel like the only team that scares me is the Ravens, everyone else is the same.
|
The only thing that worries me about getting Miami in the wildcard game is these ****ers might make that the Monday night game.
|
No Colts and no Bills please.
|
Pulling hard for Miami
|
If Miami, Jacksonville, and Pittsburgh all win then Buffalo is eliminated from the playoffs.
A very possible scenario. |

i do think the colts could beat us but i think any playoff team could beat us outside of the steelers if they make it. of the choices the colts are low on the list of teams that scare me. though i do think they might matchup better against us than miami. |
I don't care who we play, we've got this! "hell son, we ain't even worked up a sweat yet"

This might actually be setting up well for the Chiefs. Solid chance they’ll host a very beatable Colts team in the first round, before either traveling to play a beatable and banged up Miami team or hosting Cleveland or Jax. |

If Baltimore rests any starters - or if it pulls them after halftime, say - Pittsburgh has a great shot to win that game, too. Comes down to whether the Dolphins have enough in them to win a game in Southern heat against a cold-weather team. I actually think they do, if Tagavailoa plays. A worse Dolphins team took a better Bills team to the wire last year. |

And Vrabel is smart and cut-throat enough to be cool with losing this one to improve draft position. They're 5-11 right now, as are the Chargers and Giants. There are three 4-12 teams ahead of them. There's a 6-10 team behind them. If the Titans lose and sit at 5-12, there's a chance they could move up a few spots (Chargers win as KC rests key players? Cardinals continue their momentum and beat Seahawks? Pats beat Jets - you know Belichick isn't going to roll over for them? Giants beat Eagles - I mean, unlikely, but the Eagles did just lose to the Cardinals). |
Rooting for a Buffalo @ Baltimore or Cleveland @ Baltimore divisional round. If Josh Allen has an A game he could come out of there with a win. Browns are a divisional opponenet and would give the Ravens all they could handle would be an extremely physical game.

I think beating Dallas at home could be more of a product of the Cowboys being 3-5 on the road, as they also lost to the Cardinals on the road and got curbstomped to both the 49ers and Bills on the road. I don't know what the hell to think of the Bills right now, but don't want to find out in the playoffs (and it would be epic if both the Bills and Bengals missed the playoffs this year). I wouldn't say they're playing all that well, but unlike so many other teams right now, they're winning games.... definitely wouldn't put it past the Bills to **** it up though, since they'll be thinking of it as a playoff game and the last time that happened against the Dolphins they almost lost to a dude named Skylar. |

We can play them in the second round or in the AFC championship. |

Either the Browns or Ravens. The Ravens more so because we’d likely have to win two games just to meet them in the Championship game. |

This. Bills and Chiefs keep winning. Chiefs host Bills in AFCCG. Mahomes still never plays a road playoff game. National media goes on monkey tilt. |
I think the Playoffs go like this
Wildcard - chiefs beat Miami Wildcard - Browns will beat Jags Wildcard - Bills beat who ever the 7th seed is Division - chiefs beat Bills Division - ravens beat Browns AFC championship game - chiefs over Ravens This is gonna be the one I enjoy the most!!! |

I think letting the Bills and Ravens sort each other out would be crucial for us. Any scenario in which we have to beat the Bills, Dolphins and Ravens just to get to the Super Bowl drastically reduces our chances. |
Actually I just realized the Colts and Texans need to tie for the scenario I posted. Could happen though!

Scenarios for who KC plays in Wild Card:
• BUF beats MIA, KC plays MIA • MIA beats BUF, JAX beats TEN, KC plays IND/HOU winner • MIA beats BUF, TEN beats JAX, BAL beats PIT, KC plays BUF • MIA beats BUF, TEN beats JAX, PIT beats BAL, KC plays PIT We are getting Miami or Ind/Hou I think we may dodge Buffalo entirely unless it's the AFCCG. |

Maybe the Texans might but I doubt it |

Pittsburgh will beat a Ravens team that will be resting their starters with nothing to play for. Jacksonville will beat Tennessee. And Miami puts the nail in the Buffalo Hamlins’ coffin by beating them on Sunday night. |

Pittsburgh beat the Ravens WITH their starters earlier this season.

Their defense sucks and now their 2 best pass rushers are on IR. |
I want Buffalo.
We could win or lose to any team now but Buffalo's offensive coordinator not going to come up with anything new or special while McDaniel could. We have Pacheco and I actually pick KC to beat Buffalo as we could beat them running the same play over and over on offense. Just call RPO with Pacheco and Rice where Mahomes reads the linebacker and if he is back its going to Pacheco. If the linebacker is up throw over them to Rice in the middle of the field. Repeat as necessary while the defense just needs to put Sneed on Diggs and watch the short passes to Cook. |

Diggs looks old and without Diggs doing much Allen looks like a shittier late stage Roethlisberger running a crappier version of Sean Payton's dink and dunk offense. |
Quote:
Good thing for the Bills that Dallas decided to completely avoid stopping the run that game. |
If you’re superstitious, no team who beat the Josh Allen Bills in the postseason went on to win their next game.
2019: Bills lost to the Texans who lost the next week to the Chiefs 2020: Bills lost to the Chiefs who lost the next week to the Buccaneers 2021: Bills lost to the Chiefs who lost the next week to the Bengals 2022: Bills lost to the Bengals who lost the next week to the Chiefs |
Can’t see any way that the Ravens could sit everybody and still beat a desperate Steelers team. Hell, they lost to them at full strength.
If Pittsburgh and Jacksonville win, and Buffalo loses, the Bills are out of the playoffs. In that scenario, KC gets the winner of Texans-Colts. |

And that guy has Tyreek, Waddle and a RB that's scored 20+TD's this year |
If the Bills beat the Dolphins and we play @Buffalo in the divisional round Im tempted to fly out there for that game. That atmosphere will be absolutely electric. Make no mistake that fanbase HATES us.

Bad Dak then did it again for another week at Miami before McCarthy got in his ear about it. The Dak that fires the ball right away shows up and the Buffalo game looks completely different. |
