That would be surprising. Even if he's cheap, he turns 31 this year and they have depth at the position (and they'll probably draft another CB this year).

Howard hasn't been really good in a couple of years, he already got paid and his limits, you could probably sign him for 5 million.

The Howard thing came from pure speculation from Nate Taylor just saying from a height, length and speed perspective he fits and could try to rehab here. He didnt' even act like there might be smoke.
