Doesn't ****in' matter, dude. DOES. NOT. MATTER. Homie has to keep his nose clean, no one gives a shit about the who what when why and where. We did the FIRST time. You don't get that kind of pass the 2nd time. Stay the **** out the clubs. That simple. You either get it or you don't. Clearly he did not give a shit enough about his first **** up to take it seriously enough. |
Too bad Tyler Boyd signed yesterday. 1 year for $4.5 mil would have been nice.
|
This dumbass is going to dumbass his way out of the league isn't he

What do you mean, he's hood! Nevermind the fact that Rashee grew up in North Richland Hills, Texas which is a rich suburb of Dallas and this is the first image on google: https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/...80-h624-n-k-no can take the player out of the cul-de-sac... |
Trade Sky Moore and a6th round pick to Tennessee for Treylon Burks.
|
Bandlandz is north Philly
|
If this mother****er really did this dumb shit, we're gonna need Pond Of Red up in this bitch to make a Rashee diss track.
|
Really stupid.
Even if this boils down to a photographer getting in his face and him pushing or shoving the photographer back, it’s stupid. Cant be putting yourself in those spots. |

Rice is acting extremely dumb (if he was even there?) but maybe we cool it with the "hood" shit I'm gonna tattoo Overland Park on my neck though FLATLANDZ |
Put him under house arrest in Clark’s Dallas-area mansion.
Gracie can supervise. |

If he was just photo'd in a club without incident and you saw a picture of him in that club you probably wouldn't be going full on menstrual like you are now. You should calm down - maybe go to the salon and then shoe shopping in the mall with your girlriends. |
Quote:
Lets cool it with the hood shit guys *I don't think he's hood but he's allegedly acting like it |
Kid is going to throw away his whole career better grow up and become a man verrry quick The Brass will cut him they do not want this kind of attention!!!
|
Unless he literally wasn't there (which, let's be honest, I'm inclined to trust Dallas PD over Rice's cousin until we learn otherwise), I think we can at least conclude that Rashee is a **** ton dumber than I had believed him to be. That makes me sad.
|
Rashee’s offseason will be turned into a video they show at those rookie orientation meetings as a cautionary tale.
|
I mean, even if the dude is 100% innocent what doesn't seem to be disputed is that rashee was there. And not that dude shouldn't live his life but when you're on a rookie contract and can stand to make millions and your team puts their reputation on the line vouching for you... I don't know, maybe take it a little seriously. And while the league is deciding your suspension and while you have tons of legal shit lying ahead of you maybe keep your nose extra clean for a while.
I'm not even gonna make excuses. If he was there at all the guy is a total moron who needs to wake the **** up real fast |

****ING IDIOT.
|
This guy will have a short career, but he has a ring.
|
Lord at this point I think the chiefs may need to get tyler Boyd on the phone real quick before it's too late to find a bailout option in case something pops up here they don't like . Goddamn rashee, how could you

It's a good thing the Chiefs are all about character and passed on Pickens for Skye Moore. Pickens is such a bad apple, he has 8 fewer felonies and 1 fewer assaults than Rice in more seasons in the league.

Idgaf WHO it is that's taking pictures. You already ****ed up majorly just a month ago. Fix your shit. It's that simple. "Oh he harassed me!" Boo-****ing-hoo. You're a goddamn SB winning athlete, get use to it. It's as simple as "don't put yourself in another bad situation after putting yourself in an epicly stupid situation weeks ago". I swept the first incident under the rug and chalked it up to a young man being a young man. But to find yourself in yet another situation weeks later means that you simply did not give a **** about the first **** up. |
Well, darn it...
Unfortunate, although not altogether unexpected. Like a lot of young people, poor judgement and impulse control. Add alcohol and other intoxicants, stir and this is the result. I wanted to respond to the male privilege comment however... that's just bait. |
Does Clark need to hire a babysitter for this dipshit?

I love the Chiefs and I forgive them for drafting a dumb ass.

Why can't we have nice things

Nothing happened… criminal justice system or league punishment… when Davante Adams pushed a photographer at Arrowhead.
|
Correct me if I’m wrong but if the assault victim doesn’t show up to court the case is dropped… I feel like the guy gets enough money he will go away..This happened to me years ago when I got charged with assault by pushing my ex brother in law and he didn’t show up to court.
Rice is a dumbass who can’t seem to get his shit together… |

Maybe you need to get out of your feelings when reading my posts. Fact is, it was ****ing dumb. Period. Paparazzi or not, no ****s given. NOBODY GIVES A SHIT except Chiefs fans who have a rooting interest in defending you. No one is gonna buy any bullshit excuses this quickly after your last incident. Stay out of the clubs, put your nose to the grind. If you can't handle the juice, then stay off it. Get better homies. If you got homies that can't put your success ahead of their fun, then those homies dont give a **** about you. Real shit. Those are the kinda homies that will **** your bitch when you aint lookin'. Real shit. |

Chiefs cannot cut him because that only helps their rivals. Hold him under suspension and squeeze every bit of his rookie deal.

Rice was going to get a career-defining opportunity this season. Assuming Hollywood and/or Kelce aren't on the bench, Rice had little chance of ever drawing double-coverage. It was all there for him to go to the next level.
As others have indicated, the decision-making baffles when compared to everything we saw last season (except for yelling at Mahomes at the SB). Rice is a smart guy. But he does some really immature shit. As a fan, it's very frustrating. I like the Worthy pick, and I think Hollywood is going to be awesome. If Rice had only had a boring offseason, the WR position would be a clear strength in 2024 and look to have a bright future. Now, who knows? Blech. |
Don't cut him. Not yet. Wait to see how things shake out. Giving him to a rival is worse than absorbing his cap hit for this coming season with what little is known now. 2024 base salary is $1,045,237. 2024 total cap hit is $1,476,184 (2025 base salary is $1,340,473. Cap hit is $1,771,420) BTW, Rice is decidedly NOT a smart guy.

The NFL doesn't give a single **** about dudes hitting other dudes. He's not getting cut over this, and it shouldn't lead to more than a game or two added to his pending suspension.
The bigger concern is going forward, it's really hard to trust that he'll stay out of trouble. We just have to hope for the best. |
Cut him? **** no, that's crazy talk.
But homie needs to get off the booze. I blame it on the al-al-al-al-alcohol, baby. Go out with the homies, get lit on shots and smoke and do dumb shit. If you grew up young and reckless, you know what i mean. Even if you do do that (cuz young men gonna live life), at least don't do it back to back. |

Drake level poser who's probably going through a crisis of success with the wrong people around him |

And being given a second chance and making even a small mistake Any fan of football can't play morality police. We've rooted for plenty of questionable character dudes. This is more about hunt and Reid sticking their neck out for the dude and him violating that trust. Assuming a lot , of course, that any of this story is true. There's a reason why the chiefs kept rashee around for his initial mistake but booted Kareem hunt for a harmless mistake. It's because it wasn't kareems first mistake |
The young man needs a come to Jesus epiphany. We're still getting a 3-peat.
|
I said it in the FA thread, but I would absolutely be calling the Titans about Burks.
He's perfect for the big slot role, and he's just been miscasted as an A.J. Brown replacement in Tenessee while battling injuries. Much better option than what's available in free agency IMO. |
We aren’t cutting him, but we need to think REAL hard about extending him beyond the rookie deal.
He seems like an obvious candidate to flip out of with a year left and let someone else take the chance. We’ll have won 4 straight Super Bowls by then anyway. |
Quote:
They blamed it on him lying, but it was very obviously the tape that changed everything, just like with Rice. It's a PR nightmare. Nobody gives a shit about a dude punching another dude, or street racing with minor injuries, enough to pressure the Chiefs to release a talented player at a position of value on a rookie deal. |
I didn't like Mahomes having to check his ass in the SB. I knew he was moron.
