Core muscle issue…yeah right.

Sounds fishy

Andy's not gonna say he needs surgery unless he really is hurt.

Obviously the timing is interesting, but who cares.

He gone.

UChieffyBugger 10-24-2024 10:53 AM

Dr Jesse Morse claims core muscle injuries are usually sports hernias and need surgery. He says it can take 4-6 weeks to recover from. So we won't be seeing Skyy for a while.

Skyy NoMoore!

RunKC 10-24-2024 10:55 AM

Demarcus Robinson has a base salary of $2.5 million, half of which is likely already paid.

Go ahead and read late pick for him. Say what you want but he knows the offense and is a decent depth player. The guy is Jerry Rice compared to Skyy Moore

He's the easiest to envision happening but are the Rams ready to quit? I guess the Kupp rumors indicate so

He needs surgery, so he hurt himself that bad just running around doing nothing, great.

I doubt they're making up an injury since he has to have surgery. It's all coincidental.

siberian khatru 10-24-2024 11:07 AM

Andy: So, Skyy - here's what we're gonna do. We need to make a roster spot available for Deandre. So we're putting you on IR.

Skyy: But i'm not hurt, coach.

Andy: You're having surgery Friday.

TLO 10-24-2024 11:10 AM

Another WR injury by a WR group that has already been decimated by injury.

We will overcome!

Maybe while they're in there fixing the core muscle injury they can also fix his other muscles.

What’s worse is that he’s totally blanked on the season thus far. This is the year most WRs “get it”, historically speaking, and this dude’s been targeted 3 times and made 0 catches. How many routes has he run? I don’t even think I want to know. Man’s just out there running wind sprints.

Seems like he got WORSE too.

He strained that muscle while ****ing KC out of production from a 2nd round pick.

Sounds like there's something to it. They're not going to lie about surgery. Maybe it was something he was trying to play through and today they said, "Skyy, it's time for surgery".

Exactly. People are connecting dots when it's not that at all. It's a convenient coincidence. There's no way Andy is lying about surgery just to save face.

Has everyone forgot all the drops that Demarcus Robinson had the last year he was here?

Demarcus was perfectly fine as a depth WR you can use in 3 or 4 WR sets as a depth option. He’s tremendous in scramble drill. I didn’t mind rashee dropping some passes last year because I’d rather drops than a wr who never gets open. The problem is when you ask depth guys to play every down roles.

But I think he’s cleaned up a bit of that in the new system.

At least he didn't do it in overtime in the super bowl like dumbass MVS turning a 7 yard gain into a 4 yard loss.

Dunerdr 10-24-2024 12:45 PM

IMO Dermarcus has become a better receiver since leaving. He's done less of the backwards shit with the Rams, but he did do it in Baltimore. And he's had what 3-4 seasons since his last season with what seemed like a lot of drops in KC?

Also i'd like to think for Skyys sake that this is something he was trying to play through and it just turns out he couldn't.

Yeah...he got open in the scramble drills, but then he would drop the passes or as some would say, he would be 5 yards forward, 10 yard backwards.

I think we are giving him more credit than he has earned....I would not want to see him back here.

I used to play a game called Tropico, a building sim set on a tropical island where the player is the dictator. One of the more twisted/amusing things you could do is have your secret police execute political agitators. After the guy was dead, if you hovered the cursor over his corpse, your advisor would say, in a wonderfully smarmy and insincere voice, the words "sooooooooooo sad."

With regard to Moore's unfortunate injury, all I can say is, sooooooooooo sad.

More importantly its an injury that can take 4 weeks or it could take several months to fully recover. Don't have to even pretend like the goal is for him to get b ack this season.

Skyy Moore having immediate burst on the line of scrimmage and huge hands are his weapons and he'll make a great slot receiver because of that if he can really get a better handle on the offense and gain Pat's trust and all indications are that he's been really committed this offseason to doing just that.

You watch his film and he gets open. He's just not the downfield receiver people think he should be.

We did that once. Only laid off the guy who “didn’t shit on the floor and walls” but was one of two to use that bathroom in a 4 hour span. When questioned about being the last one to use the bathroom he didn’t remember there being any shit on the walls or floors.

It's so weird that Skyy Moore and Kadarious Toney made key plays that really contributed to us winning the SB 2 years ago...

Moore's PR vs Cincy, Toney the PR in the SB them both scoring TDs in the SB, but yea other than that they were shit.
