Trader Joe's (2% organic) might be my favorite but sometimes it can be too tangy for me but their texture is my wheelhouse

On the flipside, my wife can't stand TJ's cottage cheese so its not uncommon for us to have like 3-4 different brands in the fridge at one time haha

I'm starting to wondering if its variance in my palette vs the cottage cheese or maybe both

I really miss Central Dairy's CC. Nothing like a nice grilled juicy steak, letting the steak juice mix in with the CC that has some salt and pepper on it.

My go to since Central Dairy left the CC chat is Hy-Vee brand.

I do know I hate Daisy brand and it’s got the shortest ingredient list of any of them

Maybe I like the filler?? I usually just get the red container from Aldi and I like it just fine. Lots of pepper and green olives is my jam

When I first tried the Daisy it had a twang to it, after a couple tubs I prefer it.

Can't really put my finger on why.

I like cheese. I also like a nice cottage, especially if it sits by a lake.

But just thinking about cottage cheese makes me wanna projectile barf.

When I was a kid I hated salad so for some reason my mom instead always put cottage cheese and a half peach slice on my plate. I still love cc today.
