oh and once Haley got fired a lot of the offensive plays got changed. Cassell would have more than likely duplicated ortons production if not exceeded it.

I think with Orton, we can win a Superbowl.

He had to play those 3 games without Moeaki and Charles. He should get a chacne next year.

Orton is gonna probably put up 4500 plus pass yards with this offense next year.

That said...

I am not going to say Orton can win us a SB...but...I think he CAN win us playoff game or two...

I also believe he is a step up from a Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson.

Orton throws a much better ball than Cassel. Hell he throws a better ball than Brees. He should be given a chance with Charles and Mo to show who he really is.

The play calling before he got hurt was horrendous, they were trying to overcompensate for the injuries. Can't say I blame them
