So basically for us to get the bye we're going to need 3 out of 3 things to happen:

We beat Broncos at home.
We beat Chargers on road.
Denver beats Raiders at home.

It's plausible, I suppose.

But more likely is being the #5 seed again and facing Houston or the Matt Cassel-led Titans on the road.

IF we handle that, we're looking at playing at Oakland (which I'd LOVE) and at New England (which I wouldn't.)

Honestly, if we aren't going to win the division, I'm hoping Oakland gets the #1 seed so that we'd get them in the divisional round while NE would likely deal with Baltimore or more likely, the Steelers.

But if we don't win our next two games, I'm not sure it really matters.

Our only hope is to make some noise.

Oaklands the 2nd best team in the AFC. Is the Colts defense that bad or is oaklands offense that good? It's the latter. Oakland scores 30+ points a game. They are just ripping through teams ass like shit through a goose

Not against good defenses.

What happens when some QB heaves a ball 20 yards out of bounds? Or spikes the ball?

I'm hardly looking to defend any offence in the league, but that was odd..

No #2 seed for the chiefs.

Win the last 2. Its not like Oakland has never lost to Denver before.

Either way win and we are in and who knows. This team has 3 5 game + winning streaks the last 3 years already.

We haven't lost back to back games since week 6 last year.

So you think a guy that is #11 in all time wins is not a real coach? That there is some stupid shit.

Probably not, but if Chiefs win out, I don't think Raiders @ Broncos is a gimme.

Carr is average against good defenses.

Yup. We will likely go 12-4 and people act like we are backing into the playoffs or something.

Losses will happen, it's how how a team loses that pisses people off.

If the Chiefs lost to Denver in that epic game few would complain, but when you get what we got last week and against Tampa.....

None of this scares me really.

Colts always sticking it to the chiefs one way or another.

Snica 12-24-2016 05:25 PM

Sure would be nice to see the Chiefs do this to an opponent.

RINGLEADER 12-24-2016 05:25 PM

Fact is we wouldn't be in this position if DAT extends his arm 6 inches. That's it.

**** yea its infuriating. We won some games we shouldn't have and then lost a couple we shouldn't have. In the end we still should be a 12 win team though.

As Parcells used to say, you are what your record is.
