Bills have Rousseau who has 4 sacks and looks really good.

Burns is good - don't get me wrong.

But like Moore, I think he's good but in that 2nd level of really good players. Just like Moore isn't Hill, Adams or Kupp, I don't think Burns is Garrett, Parsons or Bosa.

He's in there with say Rashan Gary, Bradley Chubb, Lawrence, Haason Reddick; maybe just an Nth behind someone like Trey Hendrickson and/or Josh Allen.

As far as edge rushers go he's closer to a top 20 player than a top 5 player, IMO.

Rousseau is exactly how you hope the Karlaftis pick goes, though I don't think George has Rousseau's pass-rush upside. Rousseau is just a more explosive athlete.

But Rousseau wasn't this kind of player his rookie year.

We're getting into situation and such though here. If you put Burns on say, the 9er defense what would he look like?

I don't THINK he's there with Bosa, but he also can stay on the field and if in that situation he might be thought of different.

Same with Moore.

If you put him here, man, he'd kill it.

Think how much better George will be when Burns is opposite him.

But that's the thing - Garrett was raping faces from day 1 regardless of his help on the line. Parsons was doing the same. Joey was dynamic before Jones.

Maybe that's how you truly separate the top 5 from the rest of the very good - they don't NEED someone dynamic opposite of them to appear as good as they are.

The problem I have is that you're likely paying Burns like a Bosa or Garrett if you acquire him in a trade, especially when high picks are involved.

He's just not one of those guys.
