That is really my fault, I was bored and reading the thread and started the whole thing by asking a question. I did not intend to cause a problem. Enjoy your game~

I really hope England ties this or Germany scores another goal or two. It would suck for England to lose the game on a botched call.

I'm no Fraz defender, but no where in there does he say hate dislikes the game b/c it's diverse, he starts off disliking the game, and spreads that dislike to 'third world goat herders' who like it.

And your interpretation of Whitlock's piece somehow manages to outfail Whitlock himself. No where did he so much as intone that we were better because of our race and class. He was arguing we were better because we're much higher rated and Algeria barely squeaked into the Cup itself. He has a myopic view of what those rankings mean on the pitch, but he was using rankings, not racial superiority. MoF, he tried to knock the game down a peg for what he observed as game play being a proxy for racial relativity for some fans.
