What weight do you want to be? If you go down to 1200 or even 1300 calories a day, you're going to lose weight. It doesn't matter when you take the calories in. The whole eating before bed, in the morning, snacking through the day, bullshit is just unnecessarily complicated. You just need to lower your average daily calorie intake, and you'll lose weight.

Also might focus on cutting down on refined sugars.

I would imagine it's really not that hard, especially for a woman with a low BMR, to exceed her daily allotment of calories just by eating a lot at dinner. If you have a big plate of spaghetti and go back for seconds and eat a few slices of garlic bread, that could easily be 1000 calories or more.

I know a guy who eats a sensible breakfast and lunch but last time I checked but he's massively overweight because he just eats and eats and eats at dinner.

Disregard if you're eating a sensible dinner.

No shit. I can't freaking imagine having a maintenance of around 1200 or so. I can pound that out in a single meal, easy.

Actually I asked because I thought maybe you might be at a good weight and just be extremely anal about wanting to have 5 percent body fat or something. And that's really, really tough. Especially for a women, who naturally are supposed to have higher body fat percentages than men.

Cream and sugar in the coffee, maybe six cups a day. Dinner is normally something I cook, meat, veggies, and a starch (potato/bread/pasta). I couldn't imagine I eat 1300 calories a day. I do drink a couple of bottles of water with kool aid packets poured in.

If you're not losing weight, you're taking in more than 1300 calories a day. I've got to go to bed, but I imagine that Silock will help you out tonight. Dont' blow off what he has to say. He knows his shit and will help you figure it out.
