Yeah, I wasn't privy to the story, just heard it second-hand. I still talk to Rick a bit on Twitter. I know he wasn't doing anything other than what he thought was best. Think things just got heated because people disagreed with money on the line.

Hootie has solid takes on the Royals and I do miss him in baseball topics. He tends to hold his analysis as gospel but that's not exactly uncommon on sports message boards.

Maybe but he was our Idiot. He could defend his point to the end and other than having total disdain for those who didn't see it his way had interesting takes. He kept it lively and learned a lot from him as all others here. I will miss him this season.

I had this exact discussion with Hootie in the fantasy thread. He said I didn't know what the **** I was talking about. Easy money. :rolleyes: I am surprised he was able to drag down people with him.

He didn't get banned because of it, he got banned because of the meltdown in the main forum. I'm not convinced yet that it was justified, but I really don't care either way.
