I would like to personally thank the meth-heads for screwing up my dieting/cutting. Can't buy straight ephedra anymore. Everything now is just loaded with caffeine.

Can't you buy Bronkaid? I believe it's the same thing.

I sure feel like it. I went & did a kettlebell workout over lunch & I feel a lot better about it now.

30 minutes of cardio straight to the weights drops fat pretty quick. Of course, you have to eat pretty lean. Lot's of greens and fruit. Minimal meat.

Is this where I get a shitload of un-needed advice?

Oh well, I've had to find my program by trial and error. There are some baselines, but not one method works for everyone.

There is one program that works for everyone, and has been proven time and time again. Calories in < calories out, you lean out. Calories in > calories out, you gain size. You wasted a lot of time trying to figure that out with 'trial and error'..

Truth.

That said, less cardio before lifting seems to work better than doing cardio afterward.

Cardio after lifting is the perfect way to burn fat.

I could be wrong, so Silock may need to correct me, but after an intense lifting session your glycogen stores are almost entirely depleted, and your body will burn fat for energy when doing high intensity cardio at that point.
