I take it none of you watched. He mentioned that we might trade up into the teens to get one of the rookie LT as well.
He is inside the building asking questions to Reid, Veach, and the players.
There are multiple options that aren’t Williams level, but are MUCH better than Remmers or somebody similar.

1. Riley Reiff
2. Alejandro Villanueva
3. Trade for somebody like Dillard
4. Trade up for a T in the draft

I could see #4 and them signing Peters before Remmers starts at LT again.

He said Remmers may be RT, not LT.

Nobody's saying Remmers at LT.

There is a zero point zero chance Remmers is the starting LT on opening day. That's just ****ing ridiculous.

Personally, I think it's going to be Villanueva.

Remmers I’m okay with at RT as he was pretty good there. At LT he may be worse than Wylie at RT.

I think Niang should beat out Remmers at RT.

I mean it's theoretical, but the physical talent should win out.

I haven't been around much lately to hear the scuttlebutt, but I was assuming Niang at RT.

He’s a candidate thats being overlooked, but is agree that it’s a good possibility.

Remmers was actually one of 3 starting OTs that were in the top 10 of each in run and pass blocking

Imo we should try and get two expierienced tackles at modeat prices. And then draft a left tackle high so we have four tackles on the books who can battle for places.

Niang rt
Free agent rt
Draft lt
Free agent lt

This way we could have our two tackles moving forward whilst also having security with the two vets on short deals. It would also take the pressure off of the young tackles and let them develop through the season and learn...if they are ready then great, if not then it's not gonna kill our season hopefully.

Yeah, I had kinda assumed he'd clear as much space as possible to be set up.

With that said, not worried a bit. It's nice having a goddamn magician as your GM.
