Duensing has been serviceable at times, other times he's gotten crushed. Local guy, Royals fan. Barmes is old as ****. No real anything on Ohlendorf. He's been meh.

Barmes might be a nice move, especially if Omar doesn't improve. Barmes isn't great, but he can at least pass off a .600 OPS and traditionally has been a good defender. And we know how much the Royals love 2B/SS defense.

I think it will go down even more than that.

That's a real nice under the radar signing. He was hurt all last year, but he's only 28, and he had pitched very well before. I don't think he's as good as Medlen but he can post a 4 ERA and he strikes out more guys than you'd think.
