Dee Ford is a great PASS RUSHER. His first step is ELITE.
That's cool.
He's hurt ALL THE ****ING TIME. like UNAVAILABLE HURT. He's had ONE mostly healthy season since his rookie year.
That sucks.
He's SHITTY against the run.
I've literally seen him blocked by a WR on a sweep in the play-off game against the Colts. A ****ING WR just planted his ass. It'd be one thing if it was just one time, but teams routinely just ran right the **** at him.
That also sucks.
And IF your OT meets that elite first step in good balance and body control, then Dee Ford gets STONED. He either has you immediately or you can run him right out of the play because he never really developed anything other than that speed rush. He's a very incomplete player; and is not particularly physically strong.
And so no, he is not more than half of the player Clark is. He's almost EXACTLY half the player Clark is.
