KC fans went through the exact same shit with Cassel that you are championing Alex with. It's bullshit, aside from his "strengths" that Alex has only started 2 games more than said prior QB.

Plain and simple a fan who are on the BB strictly here for a player has very little value in discerning his faults. It will always be someone else's, That was the attitude of Matt Cassel and his fans. Those fans are very tight lipped now considering they flamed anyone who criticized Matt.

I don't want to hear how great Alex is, because we heard the exact same stuff with Cassel. He'll have to show us if he deserves our respect. Right now, the only thing going for him is his name isn't Matt Cassel.
The irony in post is Clay was the main guy pimping Cassel.

He's 6 years older than Fisher.

The Chiefs are not going to pay him what he wants.

I really like Albert, but you're forgetting about the business aspect.

I am here because I have grown fond of the Chiefs. Truth be told, I have spent way more time this offseason, talking Chiefs football, than I have 49ers football. I like the team make up, I like Alex Smith, generally, I really like most Chiefs fans, and I absolutely can not stand most 49er fans who believe that the team is so ****ing good that they cant lose to anyone, EVER.

It repulses me.
