THANK YOU No other way to express the feelings of my heart or articulate what Kansas City means to my family & me. You are a part of the Guthries forever & we hope we have left you a little better than we found you in 2012. The future will take us on many new adventures but we will always consider KC home. #ForeverRoyal
Can I get two claps and a Ric Flair for Jeremy Guthrie....good luck in Texas!

Amen! Any who doesn't think Guthries leadership made a difference should have their head examined. Plus he was decent in '14 and pretty clutch in the post season of memory serves.

That would be PB, so...

PERCOTA : Royals will finish last in the division, again!

Guthrie in that park? Yikes.

But after the last four years, I wish him nothing but the best.

This. Dude appears to be one of the good ones.

I personally hope they keep up with stupid projections. If it keeps these guys motivated I'm all for it.

He was left off the postseason roster and we won it all without him.

@FlannyMLB: Omar Infante's Nov. surgery actually was to shave spur in elbow - more extensive. He won't play in field here for first 7-10 games. #Royals

**** you guys!

I'm going to my first spring training game March 5th against the White Sox. What times do they practice generally? I'll have to go check that out.

They practice in the morning but the gate for the public to watch doesn't open until 10. I arrived at 10:15 yesterday. Usually on game day the morning workout is really light and they played on the fields were you can watch but the players don't have to walk through the fans to leave. Some will sign and come meet the fans, but usually not the main guys.

Yesterday with Zimmer and the young pitchers, they were on the far fields where they have no choice but to walk through the fans watching to get back to the locker room. Those practices usually only happen when there isn't a game though. They used to use all fields, but lately, all the main guys stay on the field closed off from public access. Yesterday Mondesi was on the closed fields but was nice enough to come sign/picture for everyone because someone called him over and asked.

See you there on the 5th! Message me and we can meet up. I'll be with my parents and wife but would gladly meet you.

Sporting News picks KC to win the Central, beat Cleve in ALDS, then lose to Bahhhhston in the ALCS.

They note we signed Yordano, Herrera and Almonte for $68,000. Total.
