How were they trying to overcompensate?

We lost our best rb so they were trying to throw more? And what happened?

Don't agree with that statement their brudda...

Pioli's ego, the thing that we were all warned about, is the same thing that will prevent him from admitting mistakes.

Actually they reigned him in and played ultra conservative. With Cassell you gotta let him loose a little bit

Lol, and you say I'M trolling. JFC

Orton had 780 yards in 3 games. 780/3 = 260 per game. 260 X 16 = 4160. I'd say 4500 is a doable thing for Orton.

L.A. Chieffan 01-06-2012 10:08 PM

Haha now Orton its better than brees. This guy is a clown, at least I back my shit up with facts

After Cassel's injury, Palko showed that we had open receivers down the field that Cassel could not find. Only problem was, Palko could not get it to them. Orton can/could. Case closed.

Yes, because you're only actually committed to that franchise number of 14 for the first year. We owned his rights for the next year due to the expiration of the CBA, and after his horrible performance, could have lowballed him or let him walk.

We owned his rights for two years at 14 million + and undetermined amount. There's no need to give him $60, or $28 for that matter.

Wouldn't Charles coming back put more guys up in the box and make it easier to throw?
