Or in the minds of the moronic masses who thought all he needed to do was to be drafted 1.1 by us and he would be a sure fire hall of famer.

**** our souls for denying him that chance to fulfill his destiny.

May Clark Hunt be damned to purgatory where he is forced to gargle the mayo, cradle the olives and stroke the gherkin of Satan forever.

Oh and Andy Reid's fat.

Mark Sanchez?

LMAO

He can, and will.

Jets starter by the end of the year.

Without injury, no way.

He could get boo'd onto the field...especially if they throw him in some gimmick situations and he happens to get lucky

I dunno, its not a ZERO percent chance of happening...

who knows

He might start but that hardly guarantees any success, especially since he has PROBLEMS IN THE HUDDLE AND WITH THE SNAP COUNT.

Snap count?

LMAO

I was one who said I'd see a reason to draft Geno 1.1 but I also always contended it was because they did not have a 2.1 to do it proper. So, I'm a Geno fan. But I did expect GS would need a season or at least half a season to get used to the NFL's speed.

So, if Geno can't beat out Sanchez by next season, then I'd say Geno is an idiot.

There are 3 different ways of Alex Smith playing out this year:

A) Alex Smith becomes the Franchise
Best case scenario and I hope it happens. Chiefs kick ass and take names, makes the Alex Smith dicksuckers look smart for once.
Chance of happening 5%

B) Alex Smith sucks or gets Joe Theismaned
Second best scenario because it means we will get a new quarterback in 2014. Hopefully it turns into a draft pick that becomes the franchise.
Chance of happening 45%

C) Alex Smith is Alex Smith
Same ole average, shitty self. Chiefs get to 8-8 or similar results. Worst case scenario for franchise.
Chance of happening 50%

This is an amazing post. I really hope people take the time to look at this, and admire it for what it is. This post should pretty much be the baseline by which other posts about Alex Smith are measured.

I mean I'd love to think the top number is more than 5%, I really REALLY would.....but my soul cant take the abuse of getting my hopes up too high. These numbers feel correct...and I have watched a shit ton of ALex Smith...and WAY before the last 2 seasons.

YEs but he has a pretty sexy ass...

His asshole probably generates better statistics than 90% of this board would generate , even with a calculator , two bottles of lube, some graph paper and a couple of mechanical pencils

To be fair, I don't think I'd judge a whole lot on what moves the Jets make.

That organization is a joke right now and I don't think there is a Qb in the league outside of Brady who could go in there and contend with that team.

I posted nearly the exact same thing not that long ago.

I think the main difference is I put higher odds on option C (like 75 percent). Maybe 10 percent on A and 15 percent on B.

I also agree that the worst thing that could happen, as a Chiefs fan, is that Smith is the same guy he has been the past two seasons and gets a significant contract extension.

DeezNutz 07-20-2013 02:25 PM

I think it's almost a lock that he gets extended because Reid and Dorsey brought him in because they actually valued what Alex Smith has been the last two years. They looked at those results and thought, "That's good enough."

This should scare the **** out of everyone.
