we keep all the Cardinals talk in one thread to avoid spamming the board with non-Chiefs threads. Been that way since 2004 or so. Makes it easy to put on ignore too. Might be a good template to use for other subjects. Megathrears easily placed on ignore that doesn't clutter up the front page.

Institute a warning system for posters who are in danger of being banned. You'd be surprised what a civil conversation between a poster and a Mod can accomplish. If someone is crossing the line, someone from the Mod team should reach out via PM and let said poster know that there is a problem.
