The church of parcells and bellichick is such a weird cult. Is it a surprise that the three most surprising non firings (Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Detroit) involve a heavy belichick and parcells connection? These guys have for decades pulled the wool over front office eyes.

I read an article earlier today about the firing. It said that Jones already has interviews set up for McCarthy and....wait for it..................... Marvin Lewis!! Oh I hope that he hires Lewis. The Cowboys will no longer have fans because all of their heads will explode upon hearing that news. I'm not sure that many aren't already exploding because he's even being interviewed. It's gotta be a token Rooney rule interview right?

I had the same thought on Lewis. I bet he’ll get interviewed by a lot of teams and not hired by any for that reason. Prob winds up being D Coordinator somewhere again my guess.

I don't see Marvin Lewis being a HC anywhere again. Even the dumbest owner has to see that's a mistake. Cowher might be just what the Cowboys need. A little foaming at the mouth might get some of those players attention.
