I had a longer reply, but in short, if Veach and Reid didn't think Justyn Ross has potential, they wouldn't have bothered with everything they've done.

There's no guarantee of anything, but they clearly see some potential.

What are the odds Richie James will be our #1 wide receiver? Say what you want about the guy but he had DANIEL JONES throwing to him and had almost 600 yards last year. He's in his prime. He outperformed Toney there.

Now we haven't invested alot of money to him (only 500k) which is odd for a guy going into his prime coming off of a career year. I think its quite possible he's our #2 WR next year

WR1 - MVS
WR2 - Richie James
WR3 - Rashee Rice
WR4 - Skyy Moore
WR5 - Justin Watson
IR - Toney

No chance barring multiple injuries.

IR with Justyn Ross. Hoping he doesn't get hurt but would not bet on it. If he struggles with injury again could see James getting alot of run

So he's he's healthy right now but we're just completely writing him off for this season?

Makes sense!

I do think James slots in better than people are realizing. Dude should have the "Mahomes bump" from last year with Daniel JOnes.

I like our WR group. I look forward to the "Rice is a bust he hasn't done much" aka, Moore 22 season takes. They'll be .......not fun.

What actually does make sense looking at that room is that they are probably only going to keep 6 guys on the 53. They will keep 5 active on game day. Unless either Ross has such a fantastic camp that they force the team to make a hard choice I doubt either of them make the active roster. We don't have a lot of top end talent but the room is crowded with mid level guys. Justyn will hopefully be on the PS but I think Watson costs just as much to cut as he does to keep IIRC.

No Im not. There is a chance he won't get hurt but its probably just as likely he gets hurt. This is what could happen if he does get hurt.

So is Skyy Moore and he was "The best WR in the draft!!!"....

(this is a non-sequitur - no, James will not be the #1 receiver absent catastrophic injury issues)
