Got a video of my sumo deads from last workout. Noticed on the 405 set I didn't lock my knees out. Seriously I had no idea I was doing that and wouldn't have noticed if I didn't take a video. I'll look to correct that next time.

I feel horrible not checking in - here's the summary. I'm still working out 6 days per week - I consume roughly 1800 calories a day - I cheat and do NOT work out on Friday - I'm lean - very lean - but not gaining a ton of mass (which sucks) - basically I just look very fit - I'm nowhere near as 'big' as some of you hoss's --- it's cool though - it gives me something to aim for - I highly doubt much will change - although I'll be maintaining just fine. If I had a w/o partner or even a spotter more often - that'd be the key for me. Holding at 179lbs.

That ON Cookies and Cream - yes, I hate it. Remember that Chocolate Bundt Cake Aunt Rose made that tasted like shitty rum? well that's what it reminds me of. So far nothing has touched the banana cream laced w/ Nat. Peanut Butter and ground flax combined. |

Also - one other mention of food and I'll stop, but has anyone bought fresh Cherries? Been a good season - tastier than normal for whatever reason, I noticed. |
