Even with that, I think there was still more than enough time for them to spike after a Jacobs run and make a few more throws to get into FG range. No timeouts certainly complicates things though.

But they didn't have to call it if they were rigging the game. They could have acted like they thought it made it to the LOS.

It's a lot easier said than done.

You're wasting a lot of time by running there, and then wasting a down by spiking.

Yeah, it's not that bad of a shove but any contact should be a minimum 4-game suspension. I mean if breaking a Hoover is 4-games that has to be at least 4-games.
