If it's destiny it makes it seem less fun

No, it’s more fun because it’s the Chiefs turn and time right now.

Destiny.

We have never ever had a QB this exciting to watch.

The closest was Joe Montana who was on his last leg (or elbow) and was one hit away from retirement. Now we drafted our own guy.

We finally appear to have a franchise QB that can get this team to a SB.

A franchise QB needs key pieces around him and a defense that can stop some people.

He now has the key pieces around him, and now we just have to be able to stop others.

We know they can score at will, and if the defense can rise up and stop some people, we are going to make it to a Super Bowl because that what those kind of teams do.

When you draft the right QB, the rest is destiny.

And it’s so fun to watch.

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- Could the key to fixing the Kansas City Chiefs' defense be in the Pacific Northwest?

Despite a 3-0 start, concerns linger for the team due its defense that's allowed 92 points in three games, the second most allowed among all AFC teams.

That's perhaps why the Chiefs are considered a landing spot for Seattle Seahawks safety Earl Thomas, who is in the final year of his contract.

ESPN reported Sunday the Chiefs "are interested to some degree in trading for Thomas."

He held out during training camp and has missed multiple days of practice this season due to "personal reasons."

Thomas was a key part of Seattle's signature "Legion of Boom" secondary.

In his career for the Seahawks, he has 28 interceptions and 11 forced fumbles.

He's a six-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro, helping the Seahawks win the Super Bowl and appear in a second one

You guys told me it was a transition year. 2019 (next season) is the year to go for the SB.

Everybody THOUGHT it was a transition year.

It's obvious now that Mahomes is WAY ahead of schedule.

Mahomes has matured faster than expected.
