If you want changes in the front office and coaching staff, you better not be wishing for them to bring the entire farm up. That gives them more time.

Went to see the Naturals in Springfield again last night. Got a picture of my daughter with Bobby Witt Jr. after the game. He was super nice and took pictures with and signed autographs for a bunch of fans after the game (lots of Royals fans in Springfield).

Crazy how young Witt Jr looks in that pic

Yeah, just like Marty’s teams. Except that one little part about getting to extra innings of Game 7 of a World Series.

On April 29th we were 15 - 8, a small sample but it was fun. The team had several come from behind wins showing a never stop attitude for winning. Somewhere during that 11 game losing streak, we lost that fun of playing. The Royals recovered, got back to .500 ball and you could see the and feel the excitement again. But since April 29th,we are 21 games under .500 ball.
In case anybody wants to know, just to get back to .500 by end of the season, KC has to go 48-34 in the next 82 games. :banghead: To get to what I expected, 75 wins, that would be 42-40, still possible, not likely based on the current level of play. The bigger question everybody seems to have concerns with is, how many games will the Royals lose now. |
Salvy is going to be in the HR derby!

You know it'd be nice if Moore would admit this team sucks by making moves but I don't see that happening.
