Anyone trolling about the refs didn't watch the first half. Perry playing 6 minutes because of joke fouls invalidates any claim about home cooked refs. The fouls were 7-2 at one point in the first. Three of those being illegal screen calls.

The last time the Big 12 had a winning record in the big dance was 2012.

Cause I'm a stats guy, I got to thinking last night if there was a stats trend with home teams, where the first half seems to go against you with the calls, while in the second half, the refs seem to go in the other direction to try to even things up.

I've noticed this at least 2-3 times this year at AFH.

Could be complete coincidence, but it would be interesting to see the stats over a year or two.

I have noticed that as well.....the calls always go against KU in the first half....then complete reversal in the 2nd half. CBB officials are historically bad....

"Overrated" by not making it to the Elite Eight means they were rated to do so, but didn't. If an entire conference is overrated, one would think at least a few teams from that conference were 1 or 2 seeds, since those are the only two seeds rated to make the Elite Eight.

So, how many were there?
