Still no compensation news?

The fact that the tax payers finance the operational costs of the Chiefs...so much so that CHunt turns a profit just in the excess tax money....makes me hate him. The NFL does not need handouts to run their "for profit" billion-dollar business.

The fact that he needs to, still, rip off people in other states when he inherited billions...just, I dont know. Disgusting...I hope they drop the hammer on his crooked ass in New Mexico. He's not a good human...

No...but the internet gives people who weren't born into billions a voice. Especially when said billionaire is stealing our collective tax dollars that should go to teachers and other avenues that actually benefit us as a society. Football is cool and all...but kind of trivial on the grand scale.

Suggestion: Everyone put their guess/expectation of the trade compensation for the Chiefs in writing-- and name the date we learn of the trade. I'll go with: 2018: 1st round pick. 2019: 2nd round pick 2020: 3rd round pick. There will be a "multiple sources confirm" tweet on March 14.

March 14 hopefully will be able to talk about that." McVay then paused, smiled and said, "But he's a great player." McVay was being honored at the 101 for being the NFC coach of the year.


The Rams' Aaron Donald, in Kansas City for the annual 101 Banquet, said he's "definitely excited" Los Angeles acquired cornerback Marcus Peters from the Chiefs. "I definitely know he's a playmaker. I'm excited he's with us," Donald said. Donald is being honored as the NFC defensive player of the year.

Only Teicher would be stupid enough to list Marcus Peters as a QB. The guy is a buffoon.

Aaron Donald? Doesn’t sound like it from Teicher’s report. But that would be the “impact” compensation and the Rams are D line rich.....

Good lord, people. There is absolutely no way that Aaron Donald, the best defensive player in the league, was included in the trade.

So, March 14. No reason to wait around for news that isn’t going to come.
