Kudos C.E.

I would have figured that the Tawny Scrawny Lion was a little too advanced for you from a literary perspective.

Down 10 lbs in the first week. I'm sure its water weight.....but can't beat it.

I'm partial to post-dump weigh-ins, myself.

Reverse flies on a machine were a ton better. No shoulder noises or discomfort. I was able to do a slow controlled motion with resistance throughout most the exercise.

Tonight I'll try the lateral raises on the machines.

I'll also experiment with the cables. There's a ton of them at my gym.

We have the fly machine with the upward motion. Totally awesome for both front and back.

Doing a little intermittent fasting this week. Trying to get those abs out.

On a related note, where can I buy size XS shirts?

Come on, man. Don't clone it up.

Big milestone today! I weighed in at 317 pounds, which is EXACTLY 100 pounds lower than my highest recorded weight of 417 before my Achilles surgery. I lost the bulk of my weight over the past 6 months (95 pounds of it). I'm ready to tackle the 200's now, which is my next big goal. So pumped!

Grats! Keep it up!

PR on the deadlift this morning. Nothing spectacular in the world of lifting, but I'm pretty pleased considering my wonky back and the fact that I've only done deadlifts for 1.5 years.

man i wish i could take 100lbs off my deadlift PR and use it towards my bench. Bench ****ing sucks, still can't bench 315 w/o shoulder pain. usually stop around 250 which is when it starts firing up :(

The Franchise 08-05-2014 03:28 PM

Carb nite tomorrow night and I still have no ****ing clue what I'm going to eat.

Silock 08-05-2014 03:31 PM

Pretzels, rice cake, pasta, fat free Pringles, after dinner mints, homemade baked sweet potatoes . . . Lots of good options.
