i looked it up...most likely they are not require to report. It is a civil matter of negligence between the school and the familes of the abused children or the children themselves.

This thread just blows my mind. The content in the OP is far more important than what has just went on. Children were ****ing abused and the people are not in jail, no justice is being served here.

Precisely. Unless there is something in a contract, I expect anyone that knew and covered it up to be gone after the season at the latest. That might not mean Paterno and the position coach. The public opinion will take care of the that.
