Good to see the Royals making other team pay for their mistakes.

We saw you and Snugga holding the sauce, putting it on your heads, and making the Hosmer hand gesture. It was awesome.

Royals defense was off the chain tonight as well.

Thank you Royals. I took my family down to KC for last night's game.(Yes we sat thru the 2.35 rain delay) It was a great game, and as we were loading up to head north this morning the Mrs. challenged me. She said shall we go to another game?? I think it was in jest, but I took the bait. Put it to a family vote and it was 5-0. We sat in the cheap seats for todays game, and we were about ready to head home. We went back to our seats for the sixth innning. I said if we don't score we are out of here. You all know what happened.

This was hands down the best 4th of July that we have ever experienced. Watching the Royals win 2 games at the K in 12 hrs was awesome.

I understand the Royals probably won't make the playoffs or contend, but for 24 hrs, we had an amazing time.

His BA is so terrible, yet, his OBP is around .317. He gets on base in a fairly below average to barely average. Whatever, I'm glad he's our back-up catcher, and I have no problem with him.

It's mostly reverse mojo for me.

1 game isn't important in a season, but the last 2 games sure felt liek the season was salvaged. Honestly if we had gotten swept, who here would feel good about our chances?

I like Lough and Cain out there for defense.

I would have not. However, someone on here mentioned that if they get around at .500 ball by the All-Star Break, and within striking distance of capturing the AL Central, I like our chances.

Still taking 2 out of 3 against Cleveland helps a lot. If they can take 2 out of 3 against Oakland, that really helps a lot, especially that Oakland is 1st place in the AL West.

I'll say by looking at the Schedule, if KC can do this before the AS break...

Oakland - Winning 2 out of 3 games.
@ NYY - Winning 2 out of 4 games.
@ Cleveland - 1 out of 3 games.

Or you can flip Oakland and Cleveland with the series. Either way. If KC can finish .500 ball or better before the AS Break, I feel better.

I also think that 3 game series against Detroit will really tell us, assuming they do finish .500 (or better) by the AS break, what KC is going to do.

I like our chances.

Have to have a better effort tonight. Moose stinks.
