I woke my neighbor up on that one. Game-saving defensive play.

To nitpick. Esky has time to set himself and make a better throw that doesn't force Hos to make such a great play.

BTW, What Molitor has done to Duensing the past three innings is an excellent example of how to not handle a pitcher. He's gotten him hot 3 times now.

If he struggles, this is on molitor.

Yeah. There are maybe 5 SS in the major leagues who get to that play and have the arm strength and accuracy to get the guy at first.

And there are maybe 3-4 1B who handle that tricky scoop.
