That is a great idea, but IIRC there are some posters that turn off PMs.

I would think that it would be VERY rare for someone to be banned that hadn't been clearly warned at least once.

Most of the time users are MU or banned with little to zero warning or notification...

Once someone is MU or banned then they are unable to ask or appeal that issue.

So its an easy way for someone to hide from controversy over it.

If you stick your head underneath the spigot, soft serve can be a very efficient ice cream delivery system. You can't do that with other types of ice cream.
