(this is a non-sequitur - no, James will not be the #1 receiver absent catastrophic injury issues)

I thought Skyy was 5’10”? Guess it doesn’t matter. Skyy was never going to be the WR1 anyway.

What are the odds Richie James will be our #1 wide receiver? Say what you want about the guy but he had DANIEL JONES throwing to him and had almost 600 yards last year. He's in his prime. He outperformed Toney there.

Now we haven't invested alot of money to him (only 500k) which is odd for a guy going into his prime coming off of a career year. I think its quite possible he's our #2 WR next year

WR1 - MVS
WR2 - Richie James
WR3 - Rashee Rice
WR4 - Skyy Moore
WR5 - Justin Watson
IR - Toney

So harsh man - KT is gonna be a good WR - Environment is everything.

Nope - he's actually about a half inch shorter than James, who actually measured at 5'10" at the combine to 5'9" and some change for Moore.

They're REALLY close comps physically, actually.

Gotcha. ESPN or someone has Skyy listed as 5’10”. But I know they tend to Round up.

If Toney plays 17 games he will be WR1. The chances of that though...I'd be very surprised.

IR with Justyn Ross. Hoping he doesn't get hurt but would not bet on it. If he struggles with injury again could see James getting alot of run

Toney's injuries have been minor and he's been available for a majority of his NFL games and most of his college games.

He might miss time but he'll still likely make a big impact.

Spent about an hour or so watching this guy last night. Kinda wish i had done that sooner.

I think he's going to be more productive for us than maybe we're (I) giving credit for. You can see right away how his game fits into what we do.

He kinda reminds me of KT.

Im going to be reaaaaal curious to see how these camp battles play out, because this guy has some real ability and may eat into or even beat out Moore for snaps.

He did catch 57 passes playing with one of the shittiest QBs walking God's green Earth, so you have to figure he must be somewhat useful. The fact that Veach also had said they tried trading for him in the past means they see him as a good fit, and it wasn't just a fly by night signing because he was still out there. They actually wanted him.

I said it in another thread...but we may get to the end of the year and he's a 1k yard 7 td guy.

Unless he shits himself he's making the team after the fiasco of punt returners last year.
