Hey! If you got the keys, then you must be doing the maintenance this summer. We need you to go in and spruce up the place. Clean the toilets and urinals spic and span. Hose down the parking lot and scrape off the gum from under the seats. There's gonna be a lot of partying coming up shortly and we don't want the place looking bad. :toast:

Sounds simple enough. Maybe you just want to give them to Jake so we can intercept them. It would be a lot easier.

We do not have any maintenance scheduled for this summer, we'll get a couple of guys out there next summer.
