I feel a lot better about him giving Brown fits when he’s doing it to Thuney too. |

CJ95 looking like a poor man’s Reggie White out there.
|
This is a ****ing EMBARRASSMENT of riches
I don't even have time to be excited for players since Chris Jones and Trey Smith are dominating so much that requires so much attention. In years past we'd be freaking out about Marcus Kemp looking good. There is simply not enough oxygen to get that far when you've got so many guys with so much talent and potential all over the place. |

Riddick knows.
The only thing that stops this team this year is injury. That's the only thing that has ever stopped them, to be quite honest, but it would take MASSIVE injuries this year. |
Wonder who he's talking about? HB's social is always so vague and ambiguous.

In the pre-Mahomes years, we'd be looking desperately for hope from somewhere. That's how we got the training camp hero's like Sippio, Grigsby, etc... That's not a thing anymore. We are a real team. Everyone is solid and no one is "bad," they're just mediocre and would be bigger role players on other teams. Smith and Jones are stealing the shine this year, like you said, but everyone seems to be balling out. |

The team looks stunning out there.
Just reminding people that there are multiple phases to every offseason. We have yet to come out flat in a preseason game and have everybody freak out unnecessarily. It’s going to happen. Just remember— it’s preseason |

These guys look laser focused. I honestly didn't buy the hype that getting embarrassed in the SB would light a fire under these guys, and I know its early, but holy shit this team looks terrifying.

As for your Niang comment, you are probably correct there at least to start the season, but if he just outperforms Remmers at an obvious level I won't be shocked to see him in there eventually. All I know is going forward we have 5 immensely talented young starters on the line (assuming we keep Brown and Niang pans out) and that brings such peace of mind after what we saw in the Super Bowl. |

So...
Jones looks absolutely unbelievably good coming off the end. WOW. Also unfair what he did to Thuney. That all noob c-rg-rt approach could be really interesting but definitely is their highest upside approach. I'm all for it. |

If Bolton and Gay are even solid players the defense gets much better immediately. Like way better.
Just look at how the Steelers defense was good with Shazier, collapsed without him and then got much better when they got the new replacements. |

Still over a month before we get to see them crush the Browns' souls.
Damn, this offseason has lasted forever. |
12 days to preseason game 1?

Am I the lonely cow when it comes to concerns about Orlando Brown at LT?

If we can effectively eliminate their LB attack plan, they have no option but to default to picking on our weakest CB (which we can plan for) OR choose an even less successful option like running the ball (good luck keeping up with our offense) or throwing into Sneed/HoneyBadger/Thornhill. |
Chris Jones wrecking shit on the offensive line is just going to make the Oline gel quicker IMO. Is it too much to ask to see Jones go top vs Smith?

Aside from losing a couple reps to Danna, I haven’t heard any other negative reports about Brown. As I’ve said, Brown is admittedly a guy that relies on angles and timing. He’s probably not the kind of guy that is going to look great right off the bat. |

I've definitely got some reservations about the OL.
I've seen some Patriots' fans complaining about Thuney not being all that great and Brown will definitely have a learning curve coming from the Ravens offense (where Jackson rarely dropped back to pass more than 400 times) to ours (in which Mahomes will attempt 600 passes). |

Feel like Thuney is using great feet, hand, and leverage technique in that first vid against Jones, but Jones is just too dominate. Maybe could've got into his base quicker, but man, that looked like 2 studs working.

Any BoPete Keyes reports? I know many had hopes for him last year as a developmental guy. I also realize its his first non covid offseason and this is really the start for him in many ways.

Joe Thuney was a huge reason why the Patriots won the Super Bowl against the Rams. His work against Aaron Donald should be film that OL from high school watch to better understand technique and leverage.
