ChiefsPlanet - Chiefs Marcus Peters traded to Rams

They cant stop him from leaving if he wants to force the issue. There have been several articles that say a Donald contract is not a priority for LA. If they are not going to make him the highest paid non-QB in the league, they need to get something from him now. Maybe they think they can make the Super Bowl this year and just keep him. In LA, Donald's situation is far from settled.

And your post doesn't address my question as to why compensation hasnt been announced.

I was only referring to Donald, sorry lol. I don’t know why man. It’s puzzling to me too

Players have no power in trades. They went for the money in the CBA. The NFL offered more money/slice of the pie for more tags of players.

Players wont publicly diss a team unless they are on the way out or no longer want to be there. You become a "problem" on a team, you just lessen your value. Their restraint on social media is unbelievable consistent, especially since they are all alpha males.

Turnovers is pretty much the only thing our defense has been good at the past two years. Also, if Donald tweeted about playing with MP, that dream is dead. Like I said when I first brought up the possibility, it was a long shot. If he’s teeeting about playing with him, he’s obviously not negotiating a deal with another team.
