Congrats. Every high-leverage play went against the Ravens, but the Chiefs did that and deserve credit.

I think the matchup that determined the game was the Chiefs’ front winning against the Ravens’ o-line in the first half, which I didn’t see coming. It wasn’t as pronounced in the second half, but by then the Ravens had to run an offense they don’t normally. If I’m trying to find a silver lining as a Ravens fan, it’s that this was the first year in Monken’s scheme and they should have more answers in the future.

The Chiefs’ offensive efficiency makes the margin for error razor thin for the other guys. That's the advantage a team like the Chiefs have with the stability of their offensive system under Reid. The combination of a QB who makes all of the right plays and a playcaller with a bottomless bag of plays is next level.

The calls the refs made were pathetic. Any time the flags are that lopsided, especially when those penalties are for personal fouls that could be called on literally every play, you’re doing something wrong. But they didn’t determine the game, so that’s not an excuse.

We’ll be back here. Our franchise’s history proves that. There was definitely enough juice in this game to see it becoming a rivalry, but there needs to be relative parity for a real rivalry, and the Ravens haven’t shown they can beat the Chiefs with consistency yet. So until proven otherwise, the conference runs through you guys. I would wish you good luck in the super bowl, but I wouldn’t mean it. ggs.

They've convinced me it will take an all time choke, I mean, an all time choke that would be absolutely, positively embarrassing, and one I will point back to forever at Lamar as career defining if they lose to the Chiefs this weekend.

So nothing to fear, Ravens fans!

Oh dear!

Respect on coming back here. Two things I mentioned earlier this week.

1. KC’s defense is better than people think.

2. KC’s offense runs through Kelce. You let him run wild and he hurt the Ravens.

Lastly the Ravens defense is really good, but they had some dirty plays that led to some personal fouls.

We tried to tell them their Running Back* wasn't worth a squirt of piss.

Pretty much this.

With a handful of exceptions sub-par QBs always lose to the better QB.

That's why I'm so positive about the Chiefs winning in the Super Bowl.

Patrick just has a knack for winning games, whether he's favored or not. Because of that, the usual bravado from other teams' fans just seems tired.

Ho hum. GFY Ravens fans.

It's difficult for me to know yet whether your defense played well or our offense just had no answers. The fact that we carried the ball six times against a team that had just gotten destroyed on the ground and seemingly still didn't have answers for basic blitzes doesn't seem to speak to defensive brilliance to me as much as offensive ineptitude, but I'll have to watch it back to see. Your corners being so good definitely allows you to mix it up with the front.

As to Kelce, he's as impossible to guard as always. Maybe Hamilton should have been on him all game since he ate against zone today like he always has. But those incredible plays on the first two drives, at least the touchdown, were in man against Hamilton with perfect coverage. What're you supposed to do if it's a perfect back shoulder throw where the TE contorts his body around a 6'4" defender to make the catch? Just have to tip your cap to the connection between he and Mahomes.

This was Lamar and Harbaugh's 5th year together (Lamar's 6 year actually) and they didn't get it done. It's not gonna happen. Last year was Josh and McDermott's 5th year together. They didn't get it done. It's not gonna happen. Next year is Burrow and Taylor's 5th year together. If they don't do it next year, it's not gonna happen. Harbaugh isn't going anywhere so until Lamar is gone, you're not going to and winning a bowl.

Your team tried to play thug ball. They tried to intimidate the Chiefs even in warm ups. They just didn't expect the Chiefs to be tougher. And yeah, all of those PF penalties on the Ravens were legit. Your team appeared to be trying to inure mahomes.

So **** the Ravens! And **** you and your passive aggressive bullshit!
