Fox and this coaching staff doesn't have what it takes. Combine that with an aging Manning who's one foot into retirement and the window is closed IMO.

When we got Manning I believed the Broncos had a 2 year window to win the SB. I don't believe they can win it this year.

Meanwhile Vic Fangios D just forced 5+ turnovers. He's gonna be an HC real soon.

The way Peyton has played the last two weeks I could see it. I mean the Raiders eventually reverted, but dude is throwing picks left and right now.

I still say we should cut Bowe if we can't trade him. I am cool with keeping Hali if we get a good deal with him.

How crazy is it that this D has not given up a rushing TD yet. Wow!

And they just went up against the best red zone RB in the league.

Last one from the mange..... (for now)...

you cannot build a complete team around him. not only does he eat up a huge amount of $$$ with his contract, but he's a pocket passer. that's what he does. that's all he wants to do. so you have to build your offense to suit him. and after spending all of that $$$ on key players so that you can be an elite passing offense, you realize that the running game and the defense has been neglected.

he'll get 12-13 regular season wins every year because the NFL is full of mediocre teams, but all of the shortcomings of his teams get exposed in the post season.

are we better off with him? maybe. maybe not.

i have a logical argument about how the artificially gaudy numbers his receivers put up in his system leads them to demand high $$$ contracts and that means we either lose them or underpay on other areas that we need to improve in order to pay to keep those guys, but i'm a little too annoyed to write it all out now.

can we get to the SB this year? right now, it seems doubtful.

Per Albert Breer

Chiefs are a legit championship contender, in my eyes. That one played out like a heavyweight fight. 3 fourth-down stops in 4th qtr for KC.

That's two weeks in a row I just about had a heart attack.

Due to age I would agree on Houston over Hali. However, this knock on Hali isn't really fair. How much of a playmaker would he be if the opposing offense wasn't allowed to hold him all game?

I forgot Alex Smith was our QB that game, what did he do LOL

Handed off quite a bit. He was 11-16 for 108 yards. Solid passing numbers if not spectacular. It was obvious that the Chiefs game plan was to run all day long. makes sense considering the Seahawks are one of the best in the league at defending the pass and the Chiefs are one of the best rushing offenses.

What a game. I'm so proud of this team. I was getting pissed but we pulled it out. Good job defense, coaching staff and team overall.

What a great game! We watched at home but I'm off to the local for refreshments and a bit of gloating. Up here in North Idaho they are lots of Seahawk fans.
