They actually played great in the 2nd half, particularly Embiid. Until the last 3 minutes when they completely lost their minds.

I don't think I've ever seen a player make as many mindless plays in an end game situation as Mason just did.

Self also took Embiid out late. I get why he did it, but it messed them up. They're much better in every capacity with him on the court.

I DVR'ed it.

Maybe I will check it out later.

Watching it just to see Embiid play basketball makes it worth it. When Self pulls him late, you can turn it off (unless you want to see Mason continually make terrible decisions on defense).

There was absolutely no contact on that three. Now, Mason hacked him while he was dribbling. That is quite stupid, but either player touched the shooter. Gay.

I thought so too. Particularly when they needed threes and he could sell out on the block. I'd have put him back.

Overall, what a shitty ****ing performance. We should have demolished their Triangle and 2. It should have been embarrassing. Hopefully Self gets back in the gym and back to work.
