Pretty much. If its Ford or Fisher or someone of that ilk then sure, throw them out on the street, but Peters is uber talented.

Right, but how/where do the leaks to reporters come in? How did we know we got Alex for a 2nd and a 2nd/3rd in 2013? How did we know we traded him away for Fuller and a 3rd? And why didn't anything get leaked in the instance of this trade, but it did in the others?

The Chiefs leaked the info to Terez, not the Redskins, and were apparently warned for doing so.

They're not going down that road, again.

I can't recall any time in recent NFL history when a team made trades that were publicly announced during the NFL's "Dead Period".

If him getting traded got leaked, why didn't the compensation? That usually happens as well.

Hunt didn't want to get rid of Pioli after we had our worst season in franchise history. We had to fly banners and embarrass his complacent ass. I know barring an epic collapse of proportions that are unforseen Reid is here for quite a while. Regardless of all that, him keeping Sutton around is a major red flag to me. Everything about it screams that he hasn't learned much from his dismissal from Philadelphia
