MAngino was a raging a-hole, but he was a great x-and-o guy and excelled at getting a lot out of his players.

I think the impact he had, as well as how much Reesing covered up, was severely understated. We'll see if Gill can get a better effort out of his guys.

If they get bombed by Ga. Tech, I could see Gill losing the team and the season spiraling into the abyss.

Guess it's back to the drawing board for ol' Gill...

What, losing the best passer, and two best receivers in program history, while also changing coaches and returning little of note on either side of the ball other than a Rb who was converted to LB is cause for something OTHER than optimism?

Jesus Christ. I knew ku's team was terrible, I just didn't think it was THIS bad.

North Dakota ****ing State? LOL. Wow.

Kansas outgained NDSU by nearly 200%. KU had 3 turnovers at incredibly important scoring opportunities. KU's lone INT the dude attempted to bring it out of the endzone and was tackled at his one 1 yard line. Not good.

This was an awful defeat I admit that. But it's a game they could of easily won had just one of these critical mistakes not been made.

Remember KSU started last year with barely beating UMass and then losing to a terrible Lou-Lafayette team. They finished with a decent season.

Debut coaching games are tough. Most coaches don't win.

The Royals won a game against the Yankees this year. I guess both teams are on the same level.
