Not much snow here, but it is -18. No idea what it is with wind chill.

The '89 F-150 fired up instantly, the '10 F150 fired right up, the '06 F-350 diesel turned over and said "piss off".

I split a shitload of wood yesterday in anticipation for this thing. Gonna fire up a huge pot of venison chili and a constant fire in the fireplace. Bring it ON!

Lots of layers of clothes, extension cords/block heaters for trucks and fur lined Speedos.

After a while, your body gets used to it. Last month I had to run new service to a building and couldn't work with gloves. The first 10 minutes sucked, but then my body adjusted and I was fine. IIRC, it was -12 that day. Just keep moving!

However, this weather pretty much guarantees Playgirl won't be asking me to pose for them. That part of the body never adjusts to this stuff.
