I think the chances are very slim that we sign him. Pooling will think that is too much money. I hope I am wrong but just got sinking feeling we won't.

Take whatever cap advantage we have, and add a few hundred dollars to it in money Peyton doesn't have to pay to buy his number! |
The Dolphins are very confident they have a good chance to get an opportunity to see if there's interest to have discussions about the possibility of signing Manning.

There's not a whole lot of teams that do make sense to be honest.
Miami - no. I don't see this as a realistic spot. I think this is Matt Flynn's spot. Arizona - They might have the edge with a dome and some good WRs Jets - I don't think he wants to share the spotlight with his brother Redskins - This is the worst fit out of all. How would he work with Shanahan? Chiefs - Doubt it happens, but out of all these teams, they have the most offensive weapons to work with. It sucks that I just don't see this happening as much as I want it to. |
Neither ESPN or the NFL Network talk about the Chiefs being interested in or a good landing place for Peyton.

You're actually going to tell me that Miami has more talent than KC does? |

The Dolphins lol yeah just like they were going to get Harbaugh and then Fisher. Harbaugh actually took less money to go to San Fransico. If Manning goes to Miami he won't be the man as long as LeBron and Dwade are there. Come to Kansas City he could be the ****ing mayor.

The football fan of a small market team who signed Brett Favre is telling us that it's absolutely ludicrous that Manning will play for Kansas City.
Think about that one for a second. |

If Manning was just 5 years older the vikings would think about it.
