Eric DeCosta will take over for Ozzie Newsome when he leaves. Eric has turn down like 3 teams to stay with the Ravens.

it is clear that King Ozzie is the brains at that place dont want a guy that did probably very little in the overall say/structure to be running the show here. That's how we got stuck in this current mess with this egomaniac Pioli. dude was waiting for his own show for years after picking up scraps of whatever BB wanted all those years.

Yes I know. I'm not even as high on DeCosta as everyone else. I'm just asking has anyone left the Ravens and been a successful GM somewhere else?
